After spending 25 years in sales, marketing, and training roles within the corporate world, I decided to embark on a new journey focused on health and well-being.
This transition led me to become a trained reflexologist and attain a Level 5 Diploma in Health Coaching which is accredited by the NHS Personal Care Institute (PCI). As a member of the UK & International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA), I am committed to ongoing skills development to provide the highest level of service to my clients.
My mission is to empower women to step off the diet treadmill and embrace a life brimming with health, fulfilment and time for the things they love. Through personalised coaching, I guide women to develop sustainable habits to lose weight, increase their energy, sleep better and manage stress while building body confidence and living life full of vitality and joy.

Everything changed when I prioritised my health
My career shift allowed me to prioritise my own self-care and recognise the profound impact lifestyle choices have on our healthspan. The average global lifespan is now 73.4 years but according to the World Health Organisation (WHO) the average number of years we spend in good health, our healthspan, is only 63.7 years.
This disparity highlights the importance of not just living longer but living better, and I am deeply passionate about bridging this gap.
